We will discuss and understand our client needs before we start to select the material for our client. With the requirement, we will source several type of material to our client to ensure that the material that we used for our client is suit their needs.
2. Renovation Cost
We will prepare the cost of renovation to our client. This is to ensure that the renovation is done under their budget and for them to confirm the renovation before start.
3. Project Management
Once the renovation cost is confirmed, we will start to plan the schedule with our client. Along the project running, we will search for the suppliers and material, engage with suppliers, supervise the progress of work and arrange the manpower to ensure the project is completed as per scheduled with our client.
4. Site Supervision
A supervisor will supervise our site workers to ensure the project is running smoothly and complete on time.
